2017 Tennis Cabana Team Order Policy

TEAM ORDER DISCOUNTS

1. Group Orders of 15+ clothing items will receive 30% off the retail price of each item

(maximum 25% off Tail). Orders of less than 15 apparel items will receive a 25% off the retail price

of each item. Orders of 8+ items of an accessory will receive a 25%discount (socks, shoes, bags,

grips, hats etc. excludes MAP priced items)

2. Tennis Cabana does not guarantee the delivery time frame designated by the manufacturers.

Delivery time is beyond our control.

3. A $15 per item deposit is required for all team orders. This deposit is nonrefundable.

4. The team captain/coordinator will:

Collect all deposits and submit in the form of one personal check to Tennis Cabana.

Submit one team order.

Submit copies of each individual order.

Team captain/uniform coordinator will be notified when team order is ready for pick up. Team

captain/uniform coordinator will be responsible for notifying team members that order is ready

for pick up.

5. Team members will pick up their orders individually and pay the balance due.

6. TENNIS CABANA will orderadditional pieces to the clothing line in order to try and satisfy any

sizing issues on all 15+ item team orders.

7. In the even that items are no longer in stock to fill an order, TENNIS CABANA has customer

permission to try to order a similar item at our discretion.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

1. Each team member will allowed to exchange or reorder for correct sizing at the time of pickup.

2. At the time of pickup, individual team orders and additional in-stock apparel fo the same line

may be purchased at the 20% - 30% off discount rate.

3. After pickup, the team order may not be returned or exchanged and the team discount is

no longer available.

4. No returns after pickup date except for defective items.

5. No refunds will be given.

6, Exchanges will be allowed on pickup day only and for items within the same line. In the event

that there is not an exchange available, then store credit will be given.

7. If any portion of the team order is cancelled or product is refused, then the team deposit

for each item will become restocking fee and is therefore non-refundable or re-usable

on any other purchase.

8. Team orders not picked up within 2 weeks of notification of arrival will be returned to stock

and deposit will be forfeited.
