A $25 charge is collected in advance, which will be applied to your purchase of new racquet within a 1-month period (does not apply to sale or closeout racquets).
You may check out up to 2 racquets at a time to demo for up to 5-7 days at a time. After 7 days racquets must be returned and 2 more racquets may be taken.
If not returned after 7 days, a nonrefundable $5 per day late fee with be charged to the credit card on file. Please call in advance if you need more time so that arrangements can be made to allow the racquet to be out longer without penalties. Late fees are nonrefundable and will not be applied as credit toward a purchase.
If demos are not returned after 2 weeks and Tennis Cabana has had no contact from the customer then the full retail price of the non returned racquets will be charged to the credit card on file and the demo fee will be forfeited. If a demo racquet is returned cracked, broken or abused then the customer will be charged a minimum of $100 for each racquet returned in this manner. If a racquet is lost or stolen the customer is responsible for reimbursing Tennis Cabana for the full retail price of the racquet.
